Kvartetten Som Sprängde were a Swedish combo who released this one album, and then nothing else. It’s somewhat jazzy, organ-driven instrumental prog with the odd Latin touch. I’m mostly reminded of Focus in listening to this, but the Latin percussion outbreaks are rather unique. Perhaps comparable to Norway’s Titanic, but proggier sounding. In any case, a pretty good album for this type of music. Fans of good Hammond organ playing ought to enjoy it.
