Blue Effect were probably the best progressive rock group in Czechoslovakia, Led by virtuoso guitarist Radim Hladik, in the summer of 1969 the band recorded thier undisputed rock masterpiece called 'Meditace' (sang half in English and half in Czech) which was released n national Supraphon label.
In October 1970 the band's new singer prepared a missing English vocals for the new, export album version, called 'Kingdom of Life', which was sold in large quantities to Eastern Bloc countries.
This CD edition contains all tracks from 'Meditace' LP and 6 rare bonustracks from collectable singles.
