SAINO are a progressive rock band from Cholet formed by guitarist Remi BOUCHAUD and brothers Didier and Philippe LAINE, who remained the only constant members of the band for many years. They started out around 1972 as the band POSEIDON, later changed to DIONYSOS and finally settled on SAINO in 1976. They released their debut instrumental jazz rock album in 1982 which was later succeeded 2 years later by a more symphonic influenced release which featured Jean-Yves BOUCHAUD on vocals.
